NUST constituted a Housing Initiative Committee with the vision of providing affordable, inclusive, and well-planned housing for all NUST employees. The primary goal is to enhance access to housing aligned with the financial capacities of faculty and staff.

The Committee evaluated housing societies based on:

• Location and accessibility
• Distance from NUST H-12 campus
• Pricing and institutional discount
• NOC / regulatory approval status
• Development status
• Dedicated NUST enclave availability
• Govt schemes / Bank loan eligibility
• Developer track record and community desirability

Important Conditions:

• This document serves as a formal Expression of Willingness to Participate. It is not a general survey.
• The information collected will guide MoU finalization, block allocation planning, and institutional facilitation mechanisms.
• Modification of preferences may not be allowed once final allocation begins.
• Each employee may select a maximum of two plot options (first and second preference combined).
• Submission reflects serious intent to participate subject to final approval.
• CNIC information is required to make sure only NUST employees complete the data.
