Society 2 – AWT Housing Scheme Extension B-1 (Joint Venture Between AWT & Mt. Tariq Mehmood)

  • JV Status (Important Disclosure): The Joint Venture arrangement between AWT Housing and Mr. Tariq Mehmood Khan is currently in the final stages of formalization. NUST will enter into any formal agreement only after the JV is officially concluded (estimated completion: ~1 month).
  • NOC & Regulatory Position: AWT Housing Scheme holds an approved CDA LOP. The NOC for Extension B-1 Block (proposed NUST allocation area) is under process with RDA. Final demarcation of NUST enclave is subject to regulatory approval.
  • Institutional Positioning: Proposed allocation includes a dedicated, demarcated NUST enclave offering controlled access, community identity, and institutional clustering.
