  • NOC & Regulatory Position: Aamin Housing 1 Scheme holds an approved RDA LOP of 245 Kanals. The NOC for the proposed NUST allocation area is currently under process. At present, the proposed NUST enclave lies outside the finalized NOC area and remains subject to regulatory approval.
  • Institutional Positioning: Proposed allocation includes institutional clustering for faculty and staff.
  • Strategic Location: Situated on Srinagar Highway with strong connection to Islamabad. Metro Bus station located at main access of the society.

  • Standard Down Payment Structure: 30% down payment applicable across all categories.
  • Scalability & Volume Capacity: Capacity to allocate a significant number of plots under an institutional arrangement.
  • Layout Position: Currently no finalized approved master layout map for the NUST enclave. Allocation indicated to NUST is temporarily marked within the existing society boundary and subject to formal approval and documentation.
