• University has undertaken due diligence and negotiation efforts, market conditions, development timelines, and possession schedules remain subject to the respective housing society’s policies and agreed MoU terms.
• Matters related to ownership, transfer, refund, and regulatory approvals shall be governed by the applicable rules and regulations of the concerned society and relevant authorities.
• Any payroll deduction arrangement, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with NUST HR & Finance policies and subject to necessary approvals.
